1. Eligibility & Validity: Huawei Cloud telemarketing customers can participate in the promotion, while channel partners are not eligible. Other customers can consult account managers about the eligibility. The promotion is available for eligible customers registered in Saudi Arabia, UAE, Pakistan, Kuwait, Bahrain, Qatar, Iraq, Jordan, Oman, and Lebanon.
2. The promotion lasts from Dov 7, 2022 to Dec 20, 2022.
3. If the accumulative payment for new purchases reaches a certain amount during the promotion, you can redeem the corresponding gift. Contact your account manager for more details.
4. Payment amount refers to the order amount excluding cash vouchers, discounts, coupons, and unsubscribed orders. That is, the actual amount paid by a user for the order. The promotion applies to new orders, pay-per-use orders, and change to yearly/monthly, but does not apply to renewals. Orders for redeeming prizes cannot be unsubscribed.
5. Contact your account manager within five working days after the promotion ends. If you fail to contact your account manager within the specified period, you are deemed to give up your prize.
6. Your gift will be sent to you within 30 to 60 working days after the promotion ends. If gifts are out of stock, the delivery may be postponed or you may receive other gifts of equal value, our account manager will confirm the gift with you.
7. The payment amount will be calculated following the conclusion of the promotion. Then you can redeem the gift with your payment amount. If multiple gifts are available within the same payment amount range, you will only receive the gift of the highest price.
