Transform+ Initiative

Empowering micro, small, and medium enterprises to embrace cloud computing

Overview

The Transform+ Initiative was launched by the National Information Technology Development Program (NTDP) of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia (KSA) to sponsor the cloud computing adoption of micro, small, and medium enterprises (MSMEs). The initiative offers reimbursements of up to Saudi Riyal (SAR) 1 million for the purchase of cloud services from Transform+ partners, such as Huawei Cloud.

Offerings

Cloud services: NTDP will reimburse annual cloud service usage, with the amount capped to the enterprise size:

Micro: 60% of their annual cloud costs (up to SAR 150,000)

Small: 50% of their annual cloud costs (up to SAR 450,000)

Medium: 40% of their annual cloud costs (up to SAR 800,000)

Migration support: NTDP will provide a one-off reimbursement for cloud migration, with the amount capped to the enterprise size:

Micro: SAR 50,000

Small: SAR 120,000

Medium: SAR 200,000

Eligibility Criteria

1. Be an MSME in the KSA that has operated for at least 6 months

2. Have been registered in Manassa Tech

3. Have a valid commercial registration

4. Have an MSME certification

5. Have worked with the current cloud service provider for less than 2 years
