Free packages:
(1) Free packages for new users: Users who have registered with Huawei Cloud in 2024 and have not used cloud services are eligible for the free trial of all products on this page from the date of registration. (The specific product specifications and free usage are displayed on the campaign page.)
(2) Free packages for enterprises: Users who have registered with Huawei Cloud or upgraded their accounts to enterprise accounts and have not used cloud services are eligible for this kind of package.
(3) Huawei Cloud free packages are now available only for regions listed on this page.

During your free trial, Huawei Cloud will charge you based on the standard prices on the official website if: (1) You upgrade the free package specifications and change the billing mode from pay-per-use to yearly/monthly. If the free package has expired, resources used after the expiration will be charged based on the standard fee. (2) You subscribe to or use a paid function, which will be charged based on the standard fee. (3) Your free package has expired. In this case, you will be charged based on the standard fee.

Each new user can purchase only one free package. Huawei Cloud may deem different accounts as belonging to the same user based on the information presented during account registration, login, and use. Different accounts are deemed belonging to the same user when accounts are registered with the same identification number (such as ID number, passport number, driver's license ID, and unique enterprise identification number), when the domain name holders are the same entity (such as the same person or enterprise), or when the same mobile number, device, or IP address is used across accounts.

Please provide valid contact information. Huawei Cloud may contact you based on the information you provide. If we cannot reach you through the contact information you provide, you understand and agree that Huawei Cloud cannot notify you if your account balance is insufficient to cover service fees. Huawei Cloud has the right to freeze your resources and terminate the service. If the service is terminated, data will be deleted and cannot be restored.

To ensure fairness and impartiality, Huawei Cloud has the right to disqualify a customer from the campaign and to restrict accounts when we have reasonable grounds to believe:
(1) The customer attained campaign products in a malicious manner. This may refer to registering fraudulent accounts to gain an unfair advantage in attaining campaign resources.
(2) The customer has used purchased resources to engage in illegal activities. For example, the customer has concealed information, fabricated information, committed fraud, or used other inappropriate means, such as malicious cash-outs, network attacks, and false transactions, to obtain benefits. In this case, Huawei Cloud has the right to withdraw related benefits from the customer, cancel transactions that violate regulations, and investigate the customer's legal liabilities if necessary.
You acknowledge and agree that Huawei Cloud has the right to legally freeze resources and terminate services for customers who use resources for illegal purposes, such as malicious registration, card theft, fraud, and mining.

Huawei Cloud customers participating in this campaign have acknowledged and agreed to comply with HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement and its attachments, including Acceptable Use Policy and Privacy Statement.
