Detailed Rules:

1. Users registering with HUAWEI CLOUD from August 26, 2019 14:00:00 GMT+08:00 to May 31, 2020 24:00:00 GMT+08:00 can get 1500-hours of free usage with a 12-month validity for 10 popular products.

2. Free Packages: available for 12 months from the date you successfully register with HUAWEI CLOUD. Always-Free Products: always for free for all registered users.

3. Your usage of the 12-Month Free Packages in any region will be automatically calculated. If a free package expires or the free quota is used up, HUAWEI CLOUD will charge you according to the standard prices listed on the official website. Click Billing > Free Packages to check whether free packages are available in the regions you intend to select.

4. HUAWEI CLOUD has the right to freeze or terminate your account if it is registered in maliciousness or if you use HUAWEI CLOUD resources for card theft, fraud, crypto-currency mining, or any other illegal purposes.

5. HUAWEI CLOUD may contact you via the contact information you provide if you are found to be using cloud resources for illegal purposes. If you cannot be contacted, HUAWEI CLOUD reserves the right to freeze or terminate your use of cloud resources and services and deregister your account.

6. Once you begin to use HUAWEI CLOUD Free Packages, you are deemed to have agreed to the HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement.

Guidelines for Getting and Using Coupons

1. Coupons are available only for registered customers in the following countries and regions: Hong Kong, Macao and Taiwan regions of China, Thailand, Malaysia, Indonesia, Philippines, Singapore, Cambodia, India, Myanmar, Japan, Vietnam,  South Korea, Bangladesh, Laos, Sri Lanka, Nepal, and Brunei. 

2. Coupons will be issued between May 13, 2020 and May 31, 2020.

3. Coupons are available for use until July 31, 2020. Expired coupons will not be refunded.

4. Customers can click the Get Now button starting from 09:00 (GMT+8:00) every morning. A maximum of 100 coupons will be issued each day, and each customer can get only one coupon.

5. The following coupon usage restrictions apply:

    - Coupons can be redeemed multiple times but cannot be combined with commercial discounts, partner-authorized discounts, or promotional discounts. Coupons can be used only for yearly/monthly and pay-per-use products and cannot be used for special offers.

    - Coupons can be used only to purchase products on the HUAWEI CLOUD International website. Coupons cannot be used to purchase the following: products in the Marketplace, products for offline sales, Content Delivery Network, EC Platform Cloud, Video On Demand, Private Number, Video Transcoding, Voice Call, Contact Center, TelCloud CloudLink, Live, Video Surveillance, Support Plan, Server Migration Service, Event Management Service, Cloud Product Architecture Consulting, Security Expert Service, Meeting, and Message & SMS.

    - Coupons cannot be transferred or sold in any way.

6. HUAWEI CLOUD reserves the right to revoke a customer's coupons or resources purchased with the coupons if the customer creates multiple accounts to get more coupons or uses the purchased resources for illegal purposes.

7. All customers participating in this activity are deemedto have agreed to the HUAWEI CLOUD Customer Agreement.
